Why I Love Those Ing Boys

I love this picture of the 3 Brothers taken at Anthony's party. Ethan and David always say, "3 boys, there are 3 boys." And I think to myself, "3 boys, what am I doing with 3 boys. I don't know what boys need or even their very strange boy ways." But I can truly say I am indeed very lucky and blessed to have brothers for my boys. What a special bond they share. Kepa, Kawika, and Kaleo are the original 3 Ing Brothers and now my boys carry that bond too. We lost Kawika on 10/23/08 and we are all heartbroken. Words cannot express the loss we feel or the void that has been created in our hearts and lives. A quote that lives in Kanani's empty room. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Let's all have more of those moments in our busy lives. So now why I love those Ing Boys: They are so good looking. Those beautiful eye lashes. Their sweet, loving, gentle way. The love and respect they each have for their mother. Have you ever seen them with a little baby? You'd be in love in a heartbeat too.
Now let's all hug and kiss those we love, those we like, and those we need to forgive.

Boys? That's something Clarke & I have yet to experience.
I do love that picture too. Thank you for your thoughts and for joining us in the blogging world.
Though we're saddened by his passing, I've enjoyed listening to Clarke's stories of childhood memories with Kawika.
Our prayers are with all of you...
See you this weekend.

Growing up I lost count of the number of times my mom would mention how handsome Uncle Sterling's boys were!

Well, I can't say that I have 3 boys, but the 2 kids I do have are the loves of my life. And Noah will be the icing on the cake. I'm so sorry for your loss and there is nothing that can be said to ease your pain, but I love knowing that there is a chance for families to be together again. I'm so blessed to have a friend like you. Love you lots!!
